Creative Director

Our first location is being launched in Greenville South Carolina and the right candidate is familiar with Greenville and preferably lives there. This role is at the heart of our brand, driving the development of engaging digital experiences, marketing campaigns, and visual content that resonate with diverse audiences. Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative digital designs, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives that align with strategic goals.Oversee the development of layout design, art direction, and visual storytelling across digital and print media using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.Collaborate closely with marketing teams to craft compelling visual content that enhances brand awareness and engagement.Manage and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and video producers to foster a creative environment that encourages experimentation and excellence.Ensure consistency in branding, color theory application, typography, and overall visual design standards across all projects.Review and approve all creative assets including web design prototypes in InVision or similar platforms, ensuring they meet quality standards before deployment.Stay current with industry trends in digital design, web development (HTML & CSS), video production & editing, print advertising, and emerging technologies to keep our creative output innovative and competitive.Requirements Bring your passion for innovative design and strategic thinking to create memorable experiences that captivate audiences worldwide.
