Creative Director

* You OWN the success of your team members, including hiring, onboarding, goals, performance management, raises, terminations, etc. * Take a project/TV series and put together a comprehensive strategy of how we are telling the behind the scenes story and building a community around that TV series. * Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral. * Understand how to measure success. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy.Physical demands - Will need to be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time.
