We have managed numerous public relations initiatives, advertising campaigns, and creative projects for clients across a variety of industries, including economic development, healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and nonprofit organizations.Job DescriptionMoore Media Group is looking for a Creative Director to lead our agency’s creative projects and processes and help bring big ideas to life for our clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who enjoys developing creative concepts, designing great work, collaborating with a team, and guiding projects from the initial idea through final delivery.The Creative Director will:Direct our agency’s creative processes (Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, Website Development, Social Media Content Creation)Act as project lead on developing concepts and executing deliverables for creative projects, including logos/branding, ad designs, videos, website designWork as Moore Media Group's lead graphic designerAttend and contribute to client meetings concerning creative needs with otherMoore Media Group team membersCollaborate with account managers to determine best creative direction for clientsCollaborate with account managers to ensure social media content consistency and adherence to client brand standardsDirect and coordinate client expectations, deadlines, and deliverable execution, communicating with the client as much as necessaryAssist the executive team with client presentations, proposals, and new business meetings as neededSuggest new creative tools, processes, and procedures when relevantAttend in-office meetings during scheduled hoursAdhere to all Moore Media Group handbook procedures & policiesIdeal CharacteristicsTeam leaderEfficient self-starter who takes initiative on projects and dutiesExpert in graphic design and video productionAnimation experience preferredCreative; constantly thinking of new ways to help our clients’ businesses growStrong communicator both internally and externallyCollaborative and willing to work with others for the success of clientsFlexible; willing to adapt to get the best job done for our clientsProfessional and composed, especially when speaking with clientsProblem solver and independent thinkerThis is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours/week.#J-18808-Ljbffr
