Located in Hillsborough, NC, PHE offers the opportunity to do meaningful, high-impact creative work in a community known for its character, creativity, and quality of life. 10+ years of creative experience with substantial experience in creative leadership.An art-first portfolio that demonstrates exceptional art direction, visual design, and creative direction.Significant experience building, evolving, or governing a brand identity or design system.Experience shaping brand voice and consumer connection, not just visual polish, through purpose-driven storytelling.Experience leading integrated campaigns, product launches, and creative across multiple channels.Experience with packaging, product presentation and product-first marketing.
