This role is responsible for maintaining and elevating Shabby Fabrics' current brand position, ensuring every visual asset is on brand, strategically aligned, and executed at the highest possible caliber. Lead creative direction and visual standards across all brand assetsWork in person with a team of graphic designers, photographers, and videographersOversee photography, graphic design, and visual storytelling from concept through final deliveryEnsure all visual output is cohesive, premium, and unmistakably on brandMaintain and elevate Shabby Fabrics' established brand presence and industry leadershipStay current on social media platforms, trends, and required sizing and formatsEnsure visual content performs at scale across platforms, including high-visibility channels such as PinterestMentor, teach, and correct team members as needed to elevate overall creative outputUphold uncompromising quality control with a relentless pursuit of best-in-class visual assetsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver polished, strategic, and impactful visual contentRequired Skills & Qualifications Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically:PhotoshopInDesignIllustratorLightroomBonus: Familiarity with Adobe PremiereAccomplished professional photographer with strong expertise in:ProppingLightingCompositionColor correctionDeep understanding of visual branding and storytelling at scaleProven ability to maintain and elevate an established brandStrong leadership skills with the ability to teach, mentor, and guide creative professionalsSelf-starter with exceptional attention to detail and uncompromising creative standardsApplication Requirements This is a rigorous, high-impact, on-site leadership role for an experienced creative professional who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and is motivated to produce the highest-quality visual assets in the quilting industrymaintaining and advancing a brand already recognized worldwide.
