Creative Director - 4KCD

This is an incredibly versatile role where you will be at the forefront making decisions on brand visuals, language, concepts and story for a variety of development projects including coffee shops, residential buildings, corporate offices, and more. As Creative Director you can expect to: \\- Take lead in all execution of design and branding projects \\- Create designs and provide creative direction for marketing campaigns \\- Be a relying resource to junior design staff, assist in the skill growth of the design team \\- Create designs for branding, websites, social media, email, presentations, print collateral, digital advertising and more \\- Communicate avidly with company executives to strategize on new developing projects and provide creative direction \\- Manage team of contract copywriters, designers, video editors, and more \\- Partake in production stages, ensuring assets are formatted correctly for their respective platform \\- Ensure creative decisions are data-centric, review target-market analytics prior to making design decisions \\- Work on several projects simultaneously, report on all project progress to executive staff as needed \\- Stay abreast of industry trends and technology \\- Ensure all creative assets are archived appropriately \\- Assist with other duties as needed Background Profile: \\- Robust proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) \\- Experience working on multiplatform projects (print/large format, email, social media, web) \\- Large experience with social platforms and ability to capture branding across social media \\- Vast experience in developing designs and branding for B2B \\- Creative team leadership experience, ability to be part of conceptual stages and assist junior design staff \\- Exceptional multitasking skills, ability to stay organized and within deadlines while leading several projects \\- Ability to eloquently provide design direction and communicate strategy \\- Great ability to project manage, experience with MS Office, Google Apps and Project Management Systems \\- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal \\- BS/BA Degree in Graphic Design and 5+ years of experience in a cross- functional creative team This is a full time opportunity for a company based in Austin, TX.
