Creative Director

*About the Role** Fuego FC is seeking a *Creative Director** to lead and execute all visual and digital content across the club. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, you will be responsible for producing, managing, and delivering high-quality creative assets on a daily basis across multiple teams within our organization. This position requires someone who works with urgency, meets deadlines consistently, and can operate independently while maintaining a high standard of output. *Key Responsibilities**Lead the creative direction and visual identity of Fuego FC across all platformsDesign matchday graphics, social media content, sponsor deliverables, and marketing campaignsCapture and edit photo/video content (games, training sessions, community events)Execute fast-turnaround content aligned with match schedules and club operationsDevelop and implement storytelling strategies to increase fan engagement and digital growthEnsure brand consistency across all teams and communication channelsCollaborate with internal departments (marketing, partnerships, operations) to support revenue-generating initiatives*Required Qualifications**Proven experience in graphic design, photography, and video editingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent toolsStrong portfolio demonstrating sports, lifestyle, or brand storytellingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesHigh-output work ethic with attention to detailUnderstanding of social media platforms and content performance optimization*Preferred Qualifications**Experience working in sports (soccer preferred) or with multi-team organizationsMotion graphics and short-form video expertiseExperience covering live events and producing real-time content*What Success Looks Like**Consistent delivery of high-quality content on tight timelinesIncreased fan engagement and growth across digital platformsStrong visual identity maintained across all club propertiesEffective execution of sponsor and partnership deliverables Will not consider application if you do not live in the area.
