Creative Director, Design

The Creative Director, Design will lead the creative vision and execution for the Agency Services division, with a strong emphasis on graphic design, branding projects, and website design. This role oversees the design team and collaborates closely with the VP, Agency Services and Director, Accounts & Project Management to deliver innovative, high-quality creative that drives results for both client work and the agency’s owned events. The Creative Director will serve as the steward of visual identity, ensuring that all creative output aligns with strategic goals and maintains the highest Knight Eady design standards. The Creative Director, Design will impact the full suite of Knight Eady clients and events by leading the efficient design of compelling visual assets across branding, marketing campaigns, web design, proposals, and mockups (including visualization of spatial concepts). • 3-7+ years of experience in graphic design and creative leadership, preferably in an agency, sports, or event marketing environment.
