This is a super design-focused role: you’ll own the graphic systems, branding, and visual execution of our identity — especially as it shows up on apparel, packaging, digital/print assets, and product lines. Key Responsibilities • Lead, define, and evolve the brand’s visual identity: typography, color palettes, logo treatments, pattern design, apparel graphics, and graphic systems. • Work culture rooted in authenticity, outdoor life, creativity, and being local.
