Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative vision and hands-on design for the platform's brand and marketing approach
Deliver creative strategy and design for brand assets and marketing campaigns to drive measurable results
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize creative for ROI and conversion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in design
Minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design, interactive, advertising, media, UX, or related fields
Experience with banking services and regulatory environments is a plus
Expert level skills in design tools and methodologies
