We're looking for a Creative Editor to own all digital creative and brand voice across four distinct brands: a hunting lease platform, premium furniture company, marine/commercial lighting manufacturer, and mobile app division. Write and edit all digital copy: website, email, ads, social posts, landing pages, CTAsDevelop and maintain distinct voice guidelines for each brandEnsure consistent tone, messaging, and psychology across all channelsProofread everything—grammar, tone, clarity matterCreative Direction & Approval Evolve brand guidelines as the brands growMaintain brand consistency across web, apps, packaging, social, email, and adsIdentify brand inconsistencies and fix them proactivelyWho We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in creative writing, content marketing, or brand marketingStrong background in copywriting and digital content creationProven ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused copyExperience editing and directing creative projects (video, design, photography)Excellent command of grammar, tone, and voiceUnderstanding of e-commerce, consumer psychology, and "WIIFM" (What's In It For Me) messagingComfortable making confident decisions without constant approvalPortfolio of creative work you're proud ofPreferred This is a collaborative role.
