As part of the Digital Transformation Solutions group, our team support the development and delivery of some of the most innovative and immersive web applications in the transportation industry. This person will be working collaboratively with the team to support the design of web-based solutions and applications. Being able to work on and prioritize multiple projects at one time, as well as have experience in consulting or a similar collaborative work environment, is a must for this position. Technical Proficiency – Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, and familiarity with web design tools, as well as an understanding of human-centered design of digital applications, platforms, and/or dashboards. Collaborative Spirit – Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with developers and digital innovation team members across multiple sections and departments to develop solutions for project teams and clients to bring ideas to life.
