Creative Graphic Design Role

Visual Designer Position We are seeking a skilled and innovative Visual Designer to create impactful designs that drive business results. Responsibilities: • Develop engaging visual concepts and layouts that meet client needs and expectations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and consistency • Apply artistic creativity and technical skills to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance design expertise • Work closely with designers and other stakeholders to review and improve designs • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to create visual representations of ideas and concepts • Deliver superb team collaboration and workflow management skills Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or other related discipline • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign • Excellent understanding of typography and solid foundation of design principles • Front-end web design principles and HTML skills are required but not necessary • Strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Team-oriented, enthusiastic and agile Benefits: We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program (EAP), PTO and sick leave, 8 paid Agency holidays, 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions, profit sharing plan, pet insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and life insurance.
