Summary: You will report to the Brand and Content Strategy Manager and will not have supervisory responsibilities. Design high-quality digital and print materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, and event collateral.Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for campaigns and internal communications.Develop creative assets for web, email marketing, and social media platforms.Design PowerPoint slides for Board of Directors and committee meetings.Support ad hoc graphic design projects to meet evolving needs.Content Creation Consult with our creative agency on brand identity updates and guidelines.Maintain and enforce brand guidelines for cohesive identity.Provide design support for AHCT digital projects across various platforms.Collaboration & Project Management A BA or BS in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.5+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, and/or video production.A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video production work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Experience with video editing software and social media content tools.A solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.Exceptional proofreading skills and visual quality control.Strong written and verbal communication skills.The ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Physical Demands:
