Creative Graphic Designer

Leveling the Fields is a programs-focused nonprofit dedicated to increasing the number of girls in sports, recognizing the strong correlation between sports participation and future leadership roles. Through our EmpowerPlay and PlayFit programs, we aim to get more girls into sports, keep them engaged, and equip them with the tools needed to thrive as future leaders. The EmpowerPlay Program is a dynamic multi-sport after-school program aimed at empowering girls through athletics and is designed specifically for girls in 3rd through 5th grade. The Graphic Designer supports Leveling the Fields by creating high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand recognition and enhance all marketing, fundraising, and community engagement efforts. This role works closely with the Marketing Committee to design materials used across events, programs, digital platforms, and print campaigns.
