• Explore and gather creative inspirations to develop forward-thinking designs.
• Convert project briefs into compelling design concepts that address stakeholder needs.
• Refine and enhance artwork based on stakeholder feedback.
• Employ Adobe design software (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) to create visually impressive marketing and business materials.
• Design professional templates for key stakeholders within our organization.
• Prepare and finalize print-ready layouts in various formats.
• Collaborate with print contractors to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Provide insights on best design practices and creative strategies to internal teams.
• Maintain excellence and consistency in all produced artwork.
• Adhere to MAXIMUS brand guidelines and comply with all contractual obligations for external communications.
• Work with colleagues across MAXIMUS to ensure consistent messaging across all formats.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Communications and Marketing Manager.
Essential Qualifications:
• A qualification in graphic design or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Strong grasp of print processes and image projection.
• Exceptional creative design skills.
• Extensive experience in content creation.
• Ability to enhance and sustain a corporate brand.
• Capability to train others in artwork manipulation.
• A sharp eye for document and presentation layouts.
• Attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work.
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Familiarity with additional design software applications.
• Skills in copywriting and proofreading.
• Proven time management skills with flexibility and sound judgment.
• Experience working with Drupal.

Salary Range: £30,000.00 - £34,000.00
