Williams Lea is excited to announce an opening for a hybrid Graphic Designer to work in our Wheeling, WV office. Enjoy a fulfilling work schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm!

Compensation: $20.70/hour

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

Conceptualize and create captivating online and offline marketing materials like campaigns, direct mail, brochures, print and banner ads, product sheets, and PowerPoint presentations. Collaborate with clients and project management teams to fully understand their business needs and expectations. Develop innovative concepts and designs for multimedia campaigns that enhance our clients' brands. Produce a diverse range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral tailored to client needs. Create comprehensive multimedia campaigns and identify fresh design solutions that challenge the norm. Educate clients about design limitations while ensuring brand consistency and delivering new creative approaches. Execute client requests and provide effective visual solutions. Ensure all work meets high standards and adheres to brand guidelines. Perform quality assurance checks on your work and the work of others. Engage with clients in various ways, ensuring clear communication. Follow Williams Lea policies and cost-efficiently utilize supplies and equipment. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of relevant graphic design experience. Strong knowledge of design principles and exceptional troubleshooting skills. Ability to generate and present visual concepts throughout the creative process. Proficiency in creating cohesive campaigns across different marketing materials. Capable of meeting tight deadlines while adhering to strict guidelines. Excellent verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. Familiarity with the latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint. Web design experience is a bonus. Experience in both agency and corporate environments preferred. Self-motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude. Proficient in managing sensitive information and making independent decisions. Strong problem-solving skills, with an understanding of when to escalate issues. Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Comfortable interacting with diverse backgrounds and working in a fast-paced atmosphere. Additional Information:

The pay rate for this position is $20.70/hour. Employees typically follow a step progression to reach target rates or increments over time. In addition to hourly pay, the total compensation may include overtime, shift differentials, call-in, and/or standby pay.
