Creative Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who will develop stunning proofs and layouts using Illustrator for engraving onto acrylic, glass, and crystal. Job Overview: Create primarily black and white line art and text layouts for engraving, with opportunities for colorful designs.Collaborate with clients to deliver aesthetic, clean layouts suitable for our unique mediums.Efficiently organize and deliver proofs to customers and the production department, ensuring timely completion.Innovate layout and design ideas for potential customers to capture their interest.Be available for discussions and design developments as needed for advertising and updated layouts.Send proofs to customers for approval, then prepare files for engraving or color printing once approval is granted.Engage with customers by phone for any necessary clarification of artworks.Comprehensive training will be provided, setting you up for success!Compensation range of $19-$23 per hour based on experience.Job Requirements: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and willing to learn additional graphic design programs.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.Must work in the office at our company location.Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.Willing to take on overtime to meet tight deadlines.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.Strong ownership of your schedule, ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time.A true team player who values collaboration.Open to constructive feedback and eager to improve.Self-motivated and capable of starting projects independently.Artistic with an eye for aesthetics that resonate with our customers.Reliable with excellent follow-through on tasks.Benefits include PTO, holiday pay, medical insurance, and sick pay.If you are excited about this opportunity, please submit your resume along with a cover letter and provide at least two personal and two professional references.
