Creative Graphic Designer & Production Specialist

Your role will involve crafting high-quality branding materials, corporate logos, racing graphics, vehicle wraps, signage, and marketing collateral.

As our ideal candidate, you will thrive both in developing innovative design concepts and managing the technical details of large format printing. Here's what you will be doing:

Design: Create and develop custom logos, brand identities, marketing materials, racing graphics, vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and signage.Production: Prepare production-ready artwork for large format printing, vinyl graphics, decals, banners, trade show displays, and promotional materials.Collaboration: Work closely with clients to brainstorm creative ideas, present design options, and incorporate feedback.Project Management: Manage multiple projects at once while adhering to deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.Technical Operation: Prepare, operate, and maintain large format printing equipment and production workflows.File Setup: Configure files, color profiles, and output specifications for commercial-grade printing equipment.Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure color accuracy, print quality, and consistency in production.Coordination: Collaborate with production and installation teams for successful project outcomes.Organization: Keep project files, printer settings, and material inventories well-organized.Troubleshooting: Address printer and production issues as they arise.Qualifications:

3+ years of professional graphic design experience in environments such as print shops, sign shops, or vehicle wrap companies.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).Expertise in creating vehicle wraps, racing graphics, and large format print materials.Hands-on experience with large format printers, plotters, and vinyl printers.Solid understanding of color management, file preparation, and production workflows.Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in motorsports, automotive branding, or vehicle customization.Familiarity with brands such as HP Latex, Epson SureColor, Roland, and Mimaki.Knowledge of signage fabrication and commercial print shop operations.Experience producing graphics for fleet vehicles, trailers, and storefronts.A portfolio showcasing your logo design, branding projects, vehicle wraps, racing graphics, signage, and production-ready artwork is essential for consideration.
