Creative Graphic Designer - Print & Sign Shop Jacksonville, FL 32216 Full-time Full-time We're looking for a highly creative, fast-moving Graphic Designer to join our growing print and graphics team. This is not a "sit behind a desk and design social posts all day" job — we need someone who can create real-world graphics that get printed, installed, wrapped, mounted, worn, and seen everywhere. Projects You'll Work On Business cards Brochures & postcards Vehicle wraps & fleet graphics Signs & banners Window graphics Trade show displays T-shirts & apparel Stickers & decals Large-format printing Marketing materials What We're Looking For Strong creative eye and layout skills Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Ability to design for both print and large-format production Understanding of color, typography, bleed, resolution, and print setup Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to take direction while bringing fresh creative ideas Bonus Skills Vehicle wrap design experience Sign industry experience Knowledge of wide-format printers and production workflows Social media graphics experience Basic photography or video editing Experience with RIP software or prepress setup What You'll Be Doing Creating customer-ready artwork from concept to production Preparing files for print and large-format output Designing eye-catching marketing materials Working directly with customers and sales staff Assisting with creative branding projects Managing revisions and production timelines Requirements 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred Portfolio required Strong understanding of current design trends Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and professional attitude Compensation Pay based on experience, creativity, speed, and production knowledge.
