Job Title: Graphic Designer Job Location: San Francisco, CA Job Duration: 6 Month on w2 Project Overview Client is seeking a Senior Freelance Graphic Designer who excels at innovative, out-of-the-box thinking with comprehensive experience across all elements of graphic design for fashion retail. This senior designer will be working with the in-house creative team and possibly collaborating with external freelance creative talent. Key Project Requirements " 5+ years of demonstrated experience in fashion retail graphic design across multiple channels (in-store, digital, social, print, packaging) " Exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative, boundary-pushing design work across various retail touchpoints " Advanced technical skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) " Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions " Experience leading design projects across multiple channels " Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh perspectives and elevating the brand " Proven experience managing multiple high-priority projects with tight deadlines " Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders at all levels Project Success Metrics " Development and delivery of fresh, innovative graphic concepts across all retail touchpoints " Strategic alignment with Client business goals and brand identity " Effective leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams " Consistent delivery of high-quality work that meets all project deadlines and quality standards
