Molina Healthcare seeks a highly skilled Design Manager to lead the development of graphic art and visual materials for proposal and non-proposal documents. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of design elements are consistent with corporate messaging and branding. The ideal candidate will have graphic design experience in a regulated/government entity like managed care organizations. This individual must be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as PowerPoint, possessing demonstrated high-level skills in layout and design. The Design Manager will review competitor's proposals post-award to analyze graphics and identify opportunities to improve our graphics.
