This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a sharp eye for design, a natural curiosity for trends, and a passion for product development. You’ll lead ideation, elevate creative output, and build a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, balancing big-picture vision with day-to-day execution.

In this role, you will:

Lead creative direction across product, packaging, and brand experiencesGuide ideation, design, and development from concept through executionEstablish visual direction, seasonal themes, and trend insightsInspire, coach, and grow a collaborative creative teamQualifications:
