Company Description: Leading Social Media Creative Agency Responsibilities: -Lead and project manage internal and external teams, to successfully produce and run multi-faceted digital campaigns. -Create project plans, timelines and budgets, and keep everything moving smoothly to meet schedules and budgets.-Work directly with content creators, influencers, and production partners in the development and execution of these campaigns.-Work cross-functionally with account management and creative teams.-Communicate with brands and partner agencies, managing client requests, and exceeding expectations. Champion our client’s brand positioning and business KPIs, and balance these with creative innovation. -Work with clients to get their input, feedback, and approvals on our work.-Develop and manage project timelines, production and posting schedules, budgets, and invoicing.-Find, hire, and manage a team of content creators to produce original content.-Write creative briefs for content creators.-Develop and implement processes, systems, and documents to improve strategy and operational efficiency.-Work simultaneously on multiple clients’ programs within tight deadlines, seeing projects through from start to finish.
