Position Overview Job Duties and Responsibilities • Photograph and edit product and lifestyle imagery for use across digital and print platforms • Adapt and design visual assets across multiple formats, including social media posts, stories, reels, carousels, and web content • Create compelling product lifestyle images using Photoshop and emerging AI technologies • Edit and produce short-form video content for brand storytelling, product features, and campaign materials • Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual assets, sourcing or creating lifestyle imagery that aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic • Produce e-commerce graphics and videos optimized for product detail pages and promotional content • Support digital asset management by maintaining well-organized libraries, consistent file naming, and accurate metadata • Perform batch image processing to prepare files efficiently for web and print • Build strong visual rhythm and narrative flow across both still and motion content • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, from quick-turn production needs to longer creative initiatives • Receive and implement feedback effectively, adapting workflow as needed • Develop banner graphics, GIFs, video ads, and product spotlights to support digital advertising and email campaigns • Create branded presentations for retail and partner-facing communications • Maintain an open mindset toward learning and integrating AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects • Skilled in photo editing with a strong eye for color, composition, lighting, and detail • Experience working in the home decor/design product development industry • Experienced in video editing: trimming, color correction, transitions, and basic motion graphics • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for asset planning, presentations, and internal reporting • Proficient in Figma, with experience in collaborative design systems, layout creation, and workflows • Strong understanding of social media design best practices, including dimensions, trends, and platform-specific formats (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) • Experience in storyboarding content for social and digital campaigns, translating ideas into clear visual sequences • Ability to create and adapt assets across multiple formats, social posts, carousels, reels, stories, email graphics, and digital ads • Strong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and pacing across both still and motion content • Sharp eye for layout, typography, and brand cohesion • Experience creating consistent, high-quality imagery and video content for e-commerce platforms • Proficiency in digital asset management, maintaining well-organized libraries with consistent file naming and metadata • Ability to efficiently manage batch image processing with precision and speed • Willingness to explore and integrate AI tools to enhance workflow and creative output • Organized, self-directed, and capable of handling multiple fast-paced projects • Receptive to feedback, with the ability to adjust designs quickly as needs evolve • Team-oriented, flexible, and ready to take on new projects or support shifting priorities • In-office position (5-day work week); this is not a remote role Preferred Qualifications and Qualifications • 3–5 years of graphic design experience with a focus on social media content, e-commerce imagery, and production/layout design • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a strong foundation in design principles and visual composition • Experience with color correction, image manipulation, and optimizing files for both digital and print platforms • Familiarity with repeat pattern design and preparing production-ready files for physical goods such as wallpaper, textiles, or home furnishings is preferred • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday
