Creative Production Designer

Overview: CONGO Brands is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Creative Production Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. This role is focused on executing high-detail, high-accuracy production files for CPG (consumable Packaging), retail packaging and POP/POS graphics. You will work closely with our diverse team of designers, production artists, and marketing teams to prepare flawless, high-impact artwork that meets both creative and technical expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Build and refine print-ready artwork for packaging and in-store displays • Perform detailed photo retouching and color correction to meet brand standards • Utilize Esko and Adobe software to manage die lines, templates, distortions, and compliance workflows • Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across layered Illustrator files • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and regulatory teams • Manage file output, QC checks, and production versions in a high-volume environment We are an innovative, high-growth company where quality, creativity, and speed go hand-in-hand.
