Creative Services & Graphic Design Associate

Job Summary The Richmond Flying Squirrels are seeking a Creative Services & Graphic Design Associate to assist in the execution of the creative and strategic vision that elevates our brand, engages fans, and strengthens community connections through graphic design – both print and digital media. Responsibilities • Assist the Creative Services Department in the development, completion, and delivery of graphic design projects that supports various organizational objectives: brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, corporate partnership initiatives, and 804 Live Events at CarMax Park. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field is preferred. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is constantly required to stand, walk, climb stairs, speak, and hear/listen.
