• Create and present concepts for new projects and campaigns based on the needs identified by the marketing department • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and strategy to ensure creative concepts are brand and strategically sound. • Communicate with various departments to understand design needs and projects • Suggest new ideas and concepts for use with digital and print ads • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, including animations, interactivity, direct mail, digital trends, AI, etc. Experience designing in PowerPoint is a must • Understanding of print (POP, Direct Mail, Collateral materials), digital space (email, website & social) • Experience working within brand guidelines • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout • Excellent creativity and strong visual communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills • Passion for design and desire to continuously learn and improve Education And Experience • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications or related field • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing/advertising setting • Current portfolio of work
