The Creative Visionary at M3 Group is responsible for bringing ideas to life visually for our internal and external clients. You may be assigned to a client-facing Pod that also includes a Client Strategist (account manager), a Content and PR Developer (writer) and a Strategist who work together on a set of assigned accounts, or you may be part of a resource Pod that helps with overflow, internal or special project work. Work Arrangement: This position is able to work hybrid arrangement. MSU Federal Credit Union may or may not be able to accommodate temporary or permanent changes to work arrangements or allow employment outside the city and/or state of residency in which the new hire resides at the time of offered employment. Beyond that, the specifics include doing the following for an assigned group of clients: • Brainstorm with your team to develop campaign and project concepts • Research, concept, design, and produce visual communications projects • Create and implement new and refreshed visual brands, including Style Guide development and implementation across a wide range of materials • Research industry-related visual trends and best practices • Provide design for website projects, produced in collaboration with a developer • Support your design colleagues with ideas, critiques and feedback • Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support team and organizational efforts, as well as complete assigned work by the deadlines • Execute duties with a greater level of decision-making and judgement calls that align with M3 Wow Work standards • Perform other duties and assist other employees, as assigned
