Visual Design Specialist \ As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with clients and the creative team to develop visually appealing layouts for long-form documents. Your attention to detail and ability to articulate design standards will be crucial in delivering consistent brand experiences. \ Key Responsibilities: \ \ • Manage visual elements and production preparation of documents while maintaining thorough design standards and attention to detail\ • Generate high-quality visual assets that meet required specifications for print and digital mediums, including accessibility standards\ • Communicate design standards and technical requirements effectively within internal reviews and with clients\ • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and shifts while maintaining a strong foundation in design principles\ • Develop expertise in product visualization and maintain visual identity consistency across all experiences\ \ • Bachelor's degree in advertising or design, preferably graphic design\ • At least 2 years of design experience in an agency, design studio, or strategic in-house marketing team\ • A world-class portfolio demonstrating flawless execution across channels\ • Strong understanding of accessibility standards\ • Excellent visual aesthetic paired with a solid grasp of design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, typography, color, and image selection)\ • Experience working within established brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across various collateral\ • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word\
