Visual Communications Specialist As a key member of our visual communications department, you will be responsible for designing custom signs, graphics, and displays. Key Responsibilities: • Develop creative visual solutions for clients, including signs, vehicle wraps, banners, and displays • Prepare files for printing, vinyl cutting, or CNC routing, ensuring accurate pre-press setup • Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver high-quality work on time, meeting customer expectations • Communicate effectively with customers to gather design approvals and revisions • Maintain quality standards, brand consistency, and project accuracy throughout the design process Requirements: • 13 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the sign or print industry • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on PC • A strong eye for layout, color, and typography, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • High school diploma or equivalent; design education a plus Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay starting at $20+ (based on experience) • Health insurance options • 401(k) with employer matching • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays • Monday-Friday schedule, no nights or weekends • Career development opportunities through FASTSIGNS University • A supportive, creative team environment
