Creative Visual Designer

About the Job: Responsibilities: • Develop visually appealing designs for various projects, including promotional materials, social media graphics, and print collateral • Collaborate with ministries to achieve design and promotional goals • Work closely with the Communications team on cross-functional projects • Partner with the Communications Director, Art Director, and Senior Graphic Designer for project alignment • Coordinate with the Art Team to produce print and digital graphics • Work with Production, Video, and Social teams to create on-screen and online visuals • Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables • Manage timelines and ensure projects meet deadlines • Design illustrations, layouts, and graphics using creative software tools • Create a wide range of print and digital assets • Adapt designs for various platforms and mediums • Develop mock-ups for client approval • Implement revisions and deliver final designs to the ministry • Build and maintain relationships with print vendors • Prepare print-ready files and assets for production • Create web-ready images optimized for online platforms • Reformat and update existing artwork to meet project specifications
