Creative Visual Designer

Job Role Summary: Elevate a brand's visual identity across all touchpoints by creating engaging designs for print and digital platforms. Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to drive visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: • Create visually compelling designs that engage internal and external audiences • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and organizational objectives • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand goals and gather input for design projects • Translate stakeholder feedback and ideas into innovative, visually appealing designs • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Prepare final files for production across multiple channels, ensuring correct formatting, resolution, and specifications • Optimize assets for usability, performance, and consistency across all platforms Essential Qualifications: • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design for both digital and print formats • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Premier Pro, After Effects, and Canva is a plus • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality in all design deliverables • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
