As a Creative Visual Designer, you'll be responsible for elevating the visual identity of Legends' Global's new business deliverables from initial concept to final design. You'll work quickly and confidently in PowerPoint, InDesign, and other design tools, balancing creativity with efficiency to deliver top-tier work under tight deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Design visually engaging pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentation materials that tell the Legends Global story with clarity and creativity • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across divisions • Collaborate with business development leads and writers to bring strategy, data, and storytelling to life visually • Manage your own workload and timelines to meet tight deadlines and shifting priorities • Translate complex ideas into clean, intuitive, visually impactful layouts • Develop templates, graphic assets, and design systems that enhance team efficiency and consistency • Actively contribute creative ideas that improve the quality and effectiveness of Legends Global's business development materials • Support the continuous improvement of internal design workflows and creative tools • Balance multiple projects while staying flexible, responsive, and solutions oriented.
