Summary The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in representing the credit union's visual brand. The designer provides design solutions with a digital-first mindset, creating compelling graphics and product executions while adhering to launch and production timelines. Key Responsibilities: • Leads visual storytelling across various channels, including digital, POP, POS, mobile, website, print, member experience, sales, and marketing assets • Delivers design assets that align with the credit union's brand and quality standards, meeting criteria set by the team • Performs competitor design audits to assess current and up-to-date design competitiveness • Uses computers as design and production tools to achieve creative and cost-saving goals • Coordinates production deliverables with agency/vendor partners • Serves as event photographer and/or videographer as needed • Responsible for compliance with all Federal regulations Requirements: • A bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred • Four to six years of design experience with an advertising agency or in-house marketing department • Strong portfolio of design, demonstration of working within a brand voice • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products such as InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
