Crunch Fitness is Hiring a Video Editor / Graphic Designer

Duties & Responsibilities: Video Editing Work (60%) • Edit a variety of Crunch video projects, including sizzle reels, TV spots, social videos, internal instructional videos, online fitness classes, and more that support day-to-day operations of our 400+ Franchise and corporate-owned Crunch gyms • Create simple motion graphics (animated text, lightsweeps, etc.) for video collateral • Organize and maintain digital and physical archives of raw footage Graphic Design Work (40%) • Design and production of various creative projects, including emails, display ads, in-club signage, billboards, print outreach, and more • Work closely with Marketing Department to maintain deadlines • Facilitate creative needs of internal clients (e.g. operations, retail, group fitness, personal training, etc.) • Maintain Crunch-y brand standards across all internal and external projects Requirements: • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (proficiency in other Adobe applications, especially Lightroom and Bridge, are also welcome) • Comprehension of video export settings, plus knowledge of simple audio mixing + colorgrading • BA or BFA in design, or related work experience and/or relevant coursework • Fluent in Mac platform • Understanding of video and design’s role in digital marketing best practices • Experience with or understanding of digital asset management • Production, photography, and/or copywriting skills are an added bonus Special Skills: • Strong creative problem-solving, written, and communication skills • An organized self-starter who is a quick learner and a team player • Able to juggle multiple projects, including day-to-day tasks alongside big picture items Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off • All Crunch gym membership Please send your resumé and design portfolio.
