This role involves working on diverse projects such as team business development, proposals, presentations, and research thought pieces. The Graphic Designer is ultimately accountable for providing an exceptional level of design support and expertise.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:The Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting print and digital marketing deliverables, including but not limited to research thought pieces, team business development, proposals, presentations, communications and ad hoc design supportDevelops materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositionsDevelops unique creative approaches to each new business development projects so the written and artistic messages are successfully integrated and carry a consistent themeCreates illustrations, graphics, and concepts that add value to collateral materialsImplements and maintains a high standard of design, format and production, adhering to national design standardsDevelops a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business in order to add creative input that strategically enhances new business materialsParticipates as a strong team member of National Marketing, actively contributing to National Marketing initiativesCollaborates with Local/Regional/National Design teamsCommunicates effectively with the other Marketing Team members and Project Leads, so that product is delivered accurately, on time and to the internal clients specificationsSelf-starter, detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in design, graphics or the creative arts2 + years of graphic design experience of marketing and corporate materialsProficiency in the software listed below with corresponding skill levels:Adobe: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat –ExpertMicrosoft Office Suite –Highly ProficientMicrosoft Teams –DesirableWeb design (Working knowledge of front-end development): Dreamweaver, WordPress, etc. Discrimination of any type will not be tolerated.In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position at Cushman & Wakefield, please call the ADA line at 1-888-365-5406 or email [email protected] .
