Job Title Senior Graphic Designer Job Description Summary As a key member of the Americas Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), the Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the development of marketing materials to effectively showcase and market available properties for lease. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled and talented in graphic design but also possesses a keen understanding of the commercial real estate industry. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Video motion graphics experience is highly preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environment A creative, organized, and highly motivated individual who brings strong design aesthetic and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial sales environment Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, marketing collateral, web design, and property marketing materials
