Job TitleSenior Graphic DesignerJob Description SummaryAs a key member of the Florida Local Marketing Team, the Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the development of proactive marketing and business development deliverables.The Senior Graphic Designer will be a part of the Florida Local Markets Marketing team supporting Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach fee earners with pre-win deliverables.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Executes the strategic vision of pre-win marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, marketing partners and team leadership for key pursuits and initiativesDesigns visually stunning bespoke marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, email blasts, brochures and other graphics in a highly efficient mannerDevelop materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions, overseeing all creative aspects of production and quality controlResponsible for providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under tight deadlinesDemonstrates a strategic mindset in developing designs and materials that align with marketing objectivesOversee all creative aspects of production and quality control, communicating progress to fee-earners, Marketing Specialists and liaising with Marketing leadership as neededDeeply understand the creative process and demonstrate an efficient and effective workflowPresents design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind creative choicesProvide best practices, stay abreast of design trends, and encourage creativity on the Graphic Design teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in professional services graphic design.Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department.Experience in B2B business development graphic designStrong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
