• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and telephone customers. • Respond to customer inquiries to determine needs, provide recommendations, quotes and assist customers with the order process. Successful candidate must provide excellent customer service and accurately assesses all customer needs. Candidate will demonstrate a professional image of the Signarama brand at all times. • Previous experience in a sign shop or graphic design as a customer account associate/service representative is preferred.
