• Respond to customer inquiries to determine needs, provide recommendations, quotes and assist customers with the order process. • Schedule installations and work closely with the production manager to ensure clients are informed of installation dates and times. Candidate will demonstrate a professional image of the Signarama brand at all times. • Attention to detail is a must. • Previous experience in a sign shop or graphic design as a customer account associate/service representative is preferred.
