ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and telephone customers. • Schedule installations and work closely with the production manager to ensure clients are informed of installation dates and times. Successful candidate must provide excellent customer service and accurately assesses all customer needs. Candidate will demonstrate a professional image of the Signarama brand at all times. • Previous experience in a sign shop or graphic design as a customer account associate/service representative is preferred.
