Additional experience within the print industry, sales, graphic design, customer service, or marketing is ideal but not at all necessary. Our most successful customer advocates: Thrive in an atmosphere of perpetual change Love working towards a goal Support and trust their teammates Ask for help and are not afraid to fail Create lasting relationships with customers and co-workers Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt responses, industry- leading product knowledge, and a remarkable understanding of pre-press technologies Collaborate with your teammates to create day to day strategy Create sales opportunities by consulting customers on their print and marketing needs Sell custom, premium print solutions using a tried-and-true sales methodology Utilize existing processes while always looking for ways to improve the way you work Resolve customer issues by putting their success first Have high expectations for individual and team performance The rest of the stuff: Compensation based on experience.
