Postal Annex is your one-stop-shop for shipping, private mailbox rentals, design & letterhead and other printing and copy services, digital fingerprinting, key cutting, passport photos, rubber stamps, gifts, greeting cards, and so much more! We are looking for a Customer Service and Graphic Design Representative available to work 25-35 hours a week to start, between 9am & 6pm and may include Saturdays. Special consideration given to candidates with prior UPS Store, Postal Annex or other similar experience. Customer Service and Graphic Design Representative Responsibilities: Delivering outstanding customer services to customers Being proactive in assigned daily tasks Sorting mail and packages Processing sales and shipping transactions Learning to operate all equipment, software, and devices - Packaging, copying, laminating, binding, key cutting, organizing, and cleaning Ability to provide graphic design and photoshop tasks Strong verbal/written skills, to include spelling and math.
