Customer Service and Graphic Design

Every member of our team is essential to our success and the operation of the business. We are seeking a candidate with very strong customer service skills and graphic design experience to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The graphic designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including logos, layouts and photos. The customer service role related to this position will be in direct communication with customers on proofs and design development to achieve the desired end result for our clients. Qualifications Include: • Motivated Self Starting Team Player • Sense of urgency and an eye for quality and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects with timely completion • Experienced in graphics design, layout and pre-press for business cards, flyers, screenprint, vinyl and apparel • Excellent customer service and communication skills in person, through email, and telephone • Excellent Microsoft computer skills • High level of experience in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other graphics programs • Ability to work with numbers, fractions and decimals • Ability to match or detect subtle differences between colors • Good organizational skills • Ability to follow work order instructions • Read, write and speak English • Reliable transportation and means of contact • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check & drug and alcohol screen • This is a safety-sensitive position working in an industrial printing environment
