Laffort produce winemaking products in France and Spain and distribute these to over 60 countries worldwide. The Laffort USA Petaluma operations team focus on making sure all details are taken care of for all our North American clients, that our communication channels are open and flow efficiently, and that our entire team have everything they need to succeed. • Provide support for outside sales team with samples, printed marketing documents, shipment tracking information, customer referrals, etc. • Coordinate seminars and trade shows and all related tasks for Laffort USA, including booths, hotels, restaurants, posters, related events, seminar attendees RSVPs, etc. • Minimum two years related work experience in Customer Service related role.
