Customer Service for High Desert Print Co

This is currently a local work from home position with occasional in-person meetings in our Isla Vista office. High Desert Print Company is originally Isla Vista Screen Printing and has been a small business within the community for over ten years. While we’ve operated for over ten years, we recently migrated our manufacturing outside of Santa Barbara and into rural New Cuyama. The customer service manager position works directly with our custom accounts for all of our services, which includes custom bulk screen printing, embroidery, large format banners, design, promotional items, and other auxiliary decoration services. \\- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed \\- Prepare reports on account status Skills: \\- Excellent communication and relationship skills \\- Ability to multitask \\- Ability to learn understand complex product and pricing practices \\- Strong attention to detail \\- Analytical; able to solve problems on the fly \\- Computer savvy, ability to learn new software quickly \\- Willingness to pick up different tasks when low on duties \\- Google Docs and Google Sheets \\- Google Drive and cloud storage Actions: Please send email with RESUME and COVER LETTER.
