We are an established full-service print, design, and marketing franchise company. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our team at our location in The Colony, TX. Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).Experience with the following Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Strong design skills, color theory, typography.Prepress knowledge preferred.Proficiency in phone, email, and face to face interaction with clients.Knowledge of print related products.Time management and prioritization skills.Responsibility and strong attention to detail.Experience in order taking and customer communication.Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate print production and design orders.Create Work orders, Quotes and process Invoices for client projects using our proprietary software, which you will be trained on.Communicate directly with our in-house print production and bindery team.Follow up with clients or customers regarding proofs and other project inquiries.Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions.Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.Assist with the production of printed materials and finishing.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
