Leading Edge Products, Inc. is a local manufacturer of personalized goods. We sell custom engraved and printed items on a national scale via online retail. We are a midsize business that offers an upbeat and casual workplace environment. We are seeking qualified individuals to assist with customer service, administration, and graphic design work. Responsibilities Include: \\- Answering customer inquiries via email, phone, and Live Chat \\- Helping to maintain an order database \\- Interpreting a customer’s special/unique needs and instructions to ensure order accuracy \\- Computer work including graphics setups for product creation Job Requirements: \\- A solid command of basic computer skills and programs, with ability to navigate between several different open software programs, browser tabs, and windows \\- Typing speed of at least 40wpm \\- Good writing skills, to include excellent grammar and spelling \\- Good verbal skills for telephone and interdepartmental communication \\- Excellent attention to detail while handling high volume of orders and customer activity \\- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment \\- An aptitude for multi-tasking to include a wide range of responsibilities and tasks \\- The discipline to work unsupervised and the ability to work well with others across departments Experience with a specific art/graphics program isn’t a requirement, but some basic familiarity is a plus.
