REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Ability to effectively communicate over the phone / via email / in person Good knowledge of graphic design programs such as Corel Draw/Adobe Illustrator Familiarity with writing invoices Ability to calculate areas, material costs, quantities, etc. Detail oriented, well organized, mature and dependable Enjoys helping others Good driving record Willingness to learn Knowledge of Armenian a plus RESPONSIBILITIES Interface with customers on the phone and via email Answer customer inquiries about company products Write up estimates and invoices Create graphics layouts per customer specifications Occasionally box/ship General office work as needed Other duties as needed
